Joining Streck
Application Process
During our talent flow process, we get to know you as a candidate, and you learn about our culture and business.
Applying for Consideration
For potential candidates, the first step in the process is applying for a position on our career site that best fits their goals and qualifications.
Initial Interview Consultation
Following an initial review, we will schedule a consultation interview for qualified candidates to understand how their experience and skills meet the requirements of our position.
Completing Discovery Assessments
As candidates continue to move through our talent flow, they will be asked to take cognitive and behavioral styles assessments for us to better understand how they align with the existing team dynamics.
Personal Face-to-Face Onsite Interview
Candidates who have qualifications that align with our position requirements and team dynamics will be invited for an in-person interview with their future leaders and team members. Additional meetings may be scheduled depending on the position.
Professional References
We will reach out to professional references to learn more about prospective candidates and how they will align with our team dynamics and culture.
Our Commitment Via Formal Offer
Once a decision is made to offer the position to a candidate, we provide a written offer and begin the negotiation process for details of hire. Excellent communication is essential during this phase of our talent flow, and we are committed to providing real-time feedback so that prospective candidates know where they are in our process.
Commitment to Hire
Once our offer is accepted, candidates are subject to complete background checks and are asked to participate in drug and alcohol testing. An official start date is agreed upon following a successful background check and negative substance test. All new hires will experience a full, rich orientation to begin their journey and learning process.
